Matt Roetcisoender gains promotion to Senior Manager at VSH CPAs

Matt Roetcisoender, a certified public accountant with 10 years of experience in the accounting industry and over 3 years as a Certified Valuation Analyst, was promoted to Senior Manager at VSH CPAs, whose offices are located in Bellingham and Mt. Vernon.

Roetcisoender, who joined VSH CPAs in 2017, is a Certified Valuation Analyst specializing in performing business valuations. Also experienced in business taxation and ownership transition planning, he works closely with clients on matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions, partner and shareholder buyouts, restructuring, family transitions, preparing for retirement, and marital dissolutions.

Roetcisoender earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in public accounting from Central Washington University.
